Delinquency
The failure to make timely payments, sometimes resulting in foreclosure.
De-Listing
The removal of pages from a search engine or directory index. De-listing could be a result of the website's webmaster or due to penalty for not following the terms of service, or because the directory is cleaning out or expiring files.

Delphi Technique
Method of expert judgment without adequate hard data, such as for long-term forecasting. Step one - poll experts, anonymously and separately. DES
An encryption system of the 1970s developed by the NSA for use in banking and finance. It was a 56-bit key with only about 72 quadrillion possibilities enabling NSA to break the code if it wanted to do so. The odd 56 character link, which could easily have been extended to 64 bits is further proof of the NSA's cracking ability.
